Business Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka requires all business travellers to Sri Lanka to apply for a Business Visa in advance. These can be obtained from the Sri Lankan High Commission in London or from the Sri Lankan Embassy in your country.

Leisure travellers on trips up to a month do not require to apply for a visa in advance. Visas for leisure travellers are issued 'on the spot' upon arrival and requires the filling of a simple form. This form requires you to state where you are staying whilst in the country - so it is advisable to have accommodation arranged in advance, even if only for the first night.
